Who processes the data

Which data and why

From the booking form we process first name, surname, e-mail, phone, number of guests, dates of stay, type and number of your identity document and, optionally, address and note. We need the data to handle your booking (performance of a contract) and to fulfil the legal obligation to keep a guest register under Czech Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on Local Fees.

For how long

The guest register is kept for 6 years from the last entry, as required by law. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 12 months at the latest.

Who receives the data

Nobody else. The data is not passed to third parties or outside the EU. The web form is processed by our hosting provider as a processor.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data (unless a legal obligation prevents it), to restrict processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It only stores technical data needed for the calendar to work in this browser.
